Both classes got one class this week to work on finishing off their un sac a dos and then presented in the other class. Their rubrics have been sent home and marks will be posted on PowerSchool on Friday, December 21!
Both classes have had one class to work on their un sac a dos project. They are creating a backpack with school supplies items in it. The details of the assignment are listed below as well as a picture of the most common school supplies the students are encouraged to use. They can use other French items if they would like though. Their paragraphs should follow the format of the paragraph shown below in the first picture.
4E will present their un sac a dos on Thursday, December 20 4F will present their un sac a dos on Wednesday, December 19 The conversation rubric for the introductory dialogue for 4A/4B went home with students this week. We will begin French oral tests next week. They will go for the next two weeks as students work on a project for the unit La Salle de Classe (The Classroom).
Students reviewed and practiced the above vocabulary for our next unit. They worked on a few sheets related to items in the classroom and had to translate French sentences to complete a sentence related to the classroom (la salle de class) en francis. Next week they will start their "un sac a dos" project that they will present just before the winter break.
Mr. Brewer will do French oral tests in December with 4A and 4B. The linked document details what will be on the test. It will be distributed during classes this week. Click on the file to download it:
